Visiting The Blind Tiger is like traveling to the Bahamas for the day. Located on Beach Boulevard in Bay St. Louis, this fan favorite offers guests a fresh Gulf breeze, amazing views and, of course, some “real good” food.
Owner and restauranteur Thomas Genin got his start in the kitchen of the world-famous Chef Emeril Legasse, but always dreamed of opening a restaurant of his own. Unlike most restaurants, however, The Blind Tiger is missing a few familiar staples: a freezer and a menu. Everything served at The Blind Tiger is fresh off the boat with chalkboard signs letting you know what they have that day. While certainly a different approach, the strategy was a hit and The Blind Tiger quickly grew to include three more locations.
